As Thursday descends upon us, possibly the Thursday of truth, we here at Podcast UGC speculate on some of the changes that will be forced on Foundry authors, including changes that will be needed for missions and manual republishing, as well as going over our frustrations with what features we would have still rather seen implemented into the Foundry.

We also go into the Tholians, what we played of them on Tribble, and more specifically how they just don’t give a shit about anything! Along with Fleet Starships and what we think, and finally … Bob gets me and Terry to begrudgingly tackle the remorse problem with lockboxes/Lobi Stores and ways to fix them. Check it out!

Hav, a lot of these changes to the foundry are ‘enabler’s’. They bring us to a point where they can then work to include the other goodies and FEATURES that in it’s current state, and without beta testing would destroy the foundry, worse than Season 4.

When it comes to disappearing NPC’s and it being a problem but them not stopping us placing consoles 20 metres up, well that argument is just stupid. It’s a coding thing, the self checker that the foundry has. It could literally break the code of the mission, potentially causing a crash. That’s not good.
One day, when we get the cutscene tool, we’ll be able to do what the Dev’s currently do in getting rid of NPC’s.

States (disable etc) have also been promised and will come. I believe they are in Neverwinter now.
